Speed & Agility Camp
Our goal is to educate our athletes on an excercise routine they can take with them and continue off-season/ in-season in order to keep them on the field. Our camps consist of 8 weeks of intense Speed, Agility, Core Strengthening, Dynamic Stabilization and Overall General Conditioning. We also lecture on proper nutrition to perform at your optimal level. We condition every athlete from any sport to reach a level they never thought possible. We, at Advanced S.P.O.R.T.S., pride ourselves in injury prevention and will be your resource for health related concerns for life.
